Mesa Minerals says the 24,000t cargo was mined from the company’s Ant Hill project and is a joint venture with Auvex Resources.

Mesa Minerals claims the first shipment represents the company’s effort to attain a regular and long term income stream from the sale of metallurgical grade manganese ore.

According to Mesa Minerals, they anticipate larger scale mining on the Ant Hill to satisfy demand for manganese The company intends to send a second shipment early next year.
